Privacy
This page explains, in plain terms, what information FF Relaxhouse may receive from you and how it is used. It is a general notice for a small accommodation website and is not legal advice.
This website
This is a static information website. It has no booking system, no payment system, no contact form, no user accounts and no advertising or analytics trackers. It does not set cookies for tracking.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. As with most web hosts, the hosting provider may log technical details such as your IP address when you visit. FF Relaxhouse does not control those logs.
If more than one language is enabled, your language choice may be saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent anywhere.
If you contact us
If you choose to email or message FF Relaxhouse, we receive what you send, which may include:
- your name and contact details, such as your email address;
- your stay dates and the number of guests;
- anything else you include in your message.
This information is used to reply to your enquiry and to arrange and manage your stay.
Guest registration
Guest registration is required before check-in. Details requested at that stage are collected separately from this website and are used for the stay, including meeting building management requirements.
Sharing
FF Relaxhouse does not sell personal information. Information may be shared where it is needed for your stay, for example with building management for guest registration, or where the law requires it.
Keeping and removing information
Information is kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for enquiries, stays and record keeping. You can ask to see, correct or remove information you have provided by emailing ffrelaxhouse@gmail.com.
Other services
If you reach FF Relaxhouse through email, a messaging app or a booking platform, that service's own privacy policy also applies.
