Terms and house rules

These are the public accommodation terms and house rules for FF Relaxhouse. They are a plain-language summary for guests and are not a substitute for legal advice. If you booked through a booking platform, that platform's terms also apply.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in is possible from 2:00 PM at the earliest, at RM10 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.
• Late check-out is possible up to 1:00 PM, at RM10 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.
• Check-in instructions are provided after the required registration is completed.

Guests and registration

• Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Babies are not counted toward the guest quantity.
• Guest registration is required before check-in.
• Booking guest details should match the identification and booking information supplied.
• All staying guests must be declared.
• Additional or undeclared guests require prior approval and may incur additional charges.

Security deposit

The deposit is refundable, subject to these house rules and an inspection of the unit. It is normally refunded within 12 hours after the regular 11:00 AM check-out time, after the unit and access items have been checked. For longer stays, please ask the host.

House rules

• No smoking inside the unit.
• Please respect the property and the shared facilities.
• Follow building management rules.
• Keep noise at a reasonable level.

Shared facilities

The swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi are shared building facilities. Their availability and operating hours are set by building management and may change. Hours shown on this website are as currently provided by the host.

Parking information and access details are provided to confirmed guests only and are not published on this website.

Wi-Fi and entertainment

Wi-Fi speed is approximate and depends on actual network conditions. The streaming services listed are those currently available in the unit.
